There was a recent change to Apple iOS devices that is causing this issue. After extensive testing in our lab we have discovered that iPhone’s in North America are sending some information to DoubleClick for some type of tracking purpose.
To fix this issue, you must add “*doubleclick.net*, *fbsbx.com*,*google.com* ” to the walled garden areas on ALL of your equipment.
How to Fix ?:
In mikrotik walled garden add new *doubleclick.net*, *fbsbx.com*,*google.com*
You can send this command through Winbox>New Terminal or through the Smart WiFi Dashboard (as long as the controller is connected.)
/ip hotspot walled-garden add dst-host=*doubleclick.net*
/ip hotspot walled-garden add dst-host=*fbsbx.com*
/ip hotspot walled-garden add dst-host=*google.com*
